1. Who we are
The All Sports Club ("TASC", "we") operates this platform that connects players and clubs. This Policy explains what information we collect, why, and your rights.
2. Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed), profile photo, sports, home city.
- Family profiles: children's first names, sports, optional date of birth — added only by the parent.
- Bookings: the clubs, dates, slots and amounts you book.
- Messages: the content of messages you send between players or receive from clubs.
- Location (optional): approximate coordinates if you allow it, used to show clubs near you.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe. We store the card brand, last 4 digits and Stripe customer ID — never the full card number.
- Technical info: device, browser, IP address, basic logs to keep the service running and secure.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and improve the service (accounts, bookings, messaging, search).
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets, club announcements you have opted into).
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share with
- Clubs you book with — your name, member ID, contact email, and booking details.
- Other players — only what you put on your public profile (name, sports, city, photo, ID).
- Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & hosting), Google Maps (locations), email delivery.
- Authorities — when required by valid legal process.
5. Your choices & rights
You can:
- Edit your profile or hide it from search at any time in Settings.
- Block another user from contacting you.
- Request a copy of your data, or delete your account, by emailing us.
- Disable notifications and location at any time from your device.
Depending on where you live (EU/UK, California, etc.) you may have additional rights — access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Booking and payment records may be kept longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Member accounts are for users 13 and older. Children under 13 may only appear on TASC as a "family profile" created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
9. International transfers
TASC is operated globally. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Effective" date above will always reflect the current version.
