Terms of Service

1. Welcome to TASC

The All Sports Club ("TASC", "we", "us") provides an online platform that connects players, clubs, and coaches across many sports. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TASC.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a member account, or be a parent/guardian creating a family profile for a minor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Members & clubs

TASC is free for members forever. Clubs may enable paid bookings and set their own tariffs and cancellation policies. Bookings are agreements between the player and the club — TASC provides the technology, but the club is responsible for the experience, the facility, and any refunds outside what TASC's payments system provides.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making or accepting a payment you agree to Stripe's terms. TASC does not store full card details. Refunds for cancelled bookings follow each club's cancellation policy and the rules shown at booking time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or club.
• Post unlawful, obscene, or misleading content.
• Attempt to access another account, scrape data, or disrupt the service.
• Use TASC for any commercial activity outside the features we provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Messaging

TASC includes private messaging between players and one-way announcements from clubs to their members. Block and report tools are available. We may review reported content to enforce these Terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile, photos, messages). You grant TASC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and transmit it solely to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

TASC is provided "as is". Sports involve physical risk — you participate at your own risk. We do not guarantee the availability of any club, court, coach, or third-party service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASC disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TASC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid TASC in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for legitimate business reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
